# Creative Engineering: a live workshop with Leo Becker

Decide what is worth building with creativity and technology. A live session exploring the decisions behind the new leobecker.com and connecting brand intent, experience and technical choices.

## Criteria for choosing what to build

People setting a project's direction need to evaluate what technology adds to the solution and the complexity it brings. This understanding informs tool selection, investment and future maintenance.

Leo will open up the new leobecker.com to show how the idea took shape and the decisions involved in building it. AI, design, code and infrastructure will be examined through the problem and the experience the project sought to create.

## Discover the decisions behind the project

Choosing a tool requires understanding what it adds to the solution.

In the new leobecker.com, brand intent and experience became choices in design, artificial intelligence, code, 3D and infrastructure.

We will evaluate technical possibilities through this real case, including its choices, costs and complexity.

## What we will cover

1. **From concept to project:** How Leo framed the problem and defined the experience before turning the idea into an executable system.
2. **AI as a creative assistant:** Where Claude Code, Codex and other tools entered the project, and how their roles differ from human decisions.
3. **Design + code:** How the project moved from Figma to the browser, connecting design intent to construction choices.
4. **3D and interactivity:** How Blender, Three.js, GSAP and Lenis were used to build visual elements and interactions.
5. **Workflow between tools:** How applications and programming languages were connected to meet the project's needs.
6. **Publishing and infrastructure:** How servers, domains, Cloudflare, performance, security and maintenance enter decisions beyond launch.
7. **AI reads websites too:** How content was organized to help AI agents discover and understand the site.
8. **Costs and technical decisions:** What required payment, what can be simplified and where investment decisions were made.

## Who it is for

For professionals in strategy, planning, branding, product, innovation and creative leadership who help define projects.

**You can follow along without mastering the tools.**

The class offers a concrete case for evaluating possibilities and discussing construction choices.

## What you will take away

- Relate the project's problem to choices about experience and execution.
- Evaluate tools by the role they play in the solution.
- Recognize where AI was used and which decisions remained human.
- Understand the complexity of connecting different disciplines.
- Consider costs, publication and maintenance when evaluating possibilities.
- Apply the case's reasoning to discussions about your own projects.

### Is it practical?

Yes. The leobecker.com case will show how decisions became an experience, including tools, costs and infrastructure.

### Will I learn to build exactly the same site?

This is not a step-by-step reproduction class. The aim is to understand the method and apply the reasoning to other projects.

### Will there be a recording?

Yes. The full recording will be available exclusively to participants who purchased a ticket for this workshop. We will send the recording link after the class. It will not be available to YouTube channel members.
