# Creative Engineering: a live workshop with Leo Becker

Understand the connections behind a creative project. A live session opening up the new leobecker.com and relating the stages of creation and technology to scope, production and the project's continued operation.

## A view of the project across disciplines

People coordinating a project need to understand enough of each stage to align people and deliverables. Design, code and infrastructure introduce dependencies that need to be part of discussions about what will be built.

Leo will open up the new leobecker.com to show how the tools and decisions connect. It offers a reference for discussing what needs to be built, what can be simplified and what continues after publication.

## Connect the stages more clearly

Coordinating a creative project involves understanding how one deliverable depends on another.

Leo will use the new leobecker.com to show the connections between design, artificial intelligence, code, 3D, animation and web infrastructure.

You will follow a concrete case to gain references for conversations with teams, suppliers and clients.

## What we will cover

1. **From concept to project:** How Leo framed the problem, defined the experience and turned the idea into decisions and stages of execution.
2. **AI as a creative assistant:** Where Claude Code, Codex and other tools contributed, and where human intervention was needed.
3. **Design + code:** How the project moved from Figma to the browser and the connections between design and development.
4. **3D and interactivity:** How Blender, Three.js, GSAP and Lenis contributed to production, and where these disciplines enter the project.
5. **Workflow between tools:** How applications were connected and the relationships between stages that project coordinators need to understand.
6. **Publishing and infrastructure:** What servers, domains, Cloudflare, performance, security and maintenance require beyond visual creation.
7. **AI reads websites too:** How content was structured for AI agents, incorporating this requirement into building and publishing the site.
8. **Costs and technical decisions:** What required payment, what can be simplified and how these decisions affect project organization.

## Who it is for

For professionals in account management, production, project management, operations and creative team coordination.

**You can follow along without operating every tool or knowing how to code.**

The aim is to understand the connections and participate in discussions about scope, dependencies and execution.

## What you will take away

- See the stages of a project that brings together different disciplines.
- Recognize dependencies when discussing scope and execution with the team.
- Understand where AI contributed and where it needed supervision.
- Bring more specific questions to creative teams, technology teams and suppliers.
- Include publication and maintenance in your understanding of a project.
- Evaluate possibilities for simplification and automation through the case presented.
